CHA IS DOING A 30 DAY EXTENSION FOR THE IFB. SEALED BIDS DUE MARCH 2, 2026 AT 3:00 PM.

The Conway Housing Authority (CHA), in collaboration with Simmons Bank, has been awarded a $518,037 Federal Home Loan Bank grant to complete the Family Site FORTIFIED Roofing Project 

located at 335 S. Mitchell Street, Conway, Arkansas. The project includes the replacement of roofing systems on approximately forty-seven (47) multi-family buildings comprising approximately 91- story residential duplex units. CHA is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and Certified FORTIFIED Roofing Contractors to perform the work in full compliance with Insurance Institute for Business & Home Safety (IBHS) FORTIFIED™ Roofing standards and all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and requirements. Small, Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to submit bids.  A pre-bid meeting will be held Tuesday, January 6th at 2:00 PM CST at the CHA Administration Office and virtually.  A copy of the virtual link can also be requested.  Interested parties can request a copy of the IFB by contacting Natalie Hawks at nhawks@conwayha.org.
