Your Next Steps with CHA

Applying for Housing

Once you have submitted an application for a program, CHA will take 2-6 weeks to process your information. When we have uploaded your information into our system, you will receive a letter in the mail verifying that you have been added to our wait list. You may call once a month on Thursday to receive your updated waiting list number.

When you reach the top of the list, we will personally call and set up and appointment date and time with you.

Be sure to bring the information listed below for ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD. All individuals in your household above the age of 18 will also need to be at your appointment so they can sign the paperwork.
