EAST Oakwood

East Oakwood Apartments are sponsored through a United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) program. East Oakwood has 50 one and two bedrooms and was built in part with financing obtained through the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and receives rental subsidies through HUD-Assisted Housing.
