Section 8 / Housing Choice Voucher Landlord Information

For Current Voucher Holders

Conway Housing Authority (CHA) works with any landlords within Faulkner County, both companies and individuals. Below is a PDF of current landlords who have previously or are currently working with the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program, however voucher holders are not limited to this list and CHA cannot guarantee that those listed have any current openings - it is only a place to start in your search for a new home. CHA does not personally place any individuals in housing; it is up to the Voucher Holder to secure their own place. For information regarding inspections and housing standards, scroll below the Landlord Section.

Inspection Information

HUD has federal regulations regarding the quality of the units we house tenants in, so all dwellings must be inspected before tenant move-in (or during the application process for those who will start HCV while staying in their current residence) as well as yearly inspections while the tenant is living there. We MUST inspect the unit before we are able to begin rental assistance. Below is the inspection checklist, the request for inspection (which must be turned in before an inspection can be conducted), as well as other guidelines we follow.
