PUBLIC NOTICE – REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Conway Housing Authority (CHA) is accepting proposals for RFP No. 2026-02 – Hot Water Heater Replacement OR Repair Services and T&P Relief Valve Updates at CHA’s Family Site in Conway, Arkansas.
Qualified, licensed, and insured contractors are invited to submit proposals for the required plumbing, water-heater, venting, T&P relief valve, and related code-compliance work.
Proposal Deadline: October 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.

Interested contractors may obtain the complete RFP package from the Conway Housing Authority. CHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities as permitted by applicable procurement requirements.
