Vaping is not allowed inside of the apartments.

An extra person living in your apartment is not a problem. The problem is not reporting it. It is better to just add them on your lease.

If you are working and not reporting your income, CHA will be notified by several sources, and you will be responsible for the retroactive amount that should have been paid. You could also be charged with a felony fraud case.
It is better to be honest.

The law allows medical marijuana to those who qualify and attain an Arkansas Medical Marijuana card. The card does not give you permission to smoke marijuana or vape marijuana in your apartment.

If you are elderly, disabled or live outside the county, you may call and have an application package mailed to you.
