PUBLIC NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF SOLICITATION

RFP No. 2027-02

Electrical Repairs and Upgrades

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Housing Authority of the City of Conway, Arkansas (CHA) is formally withdrawing and cancelling Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2027-02 – Electrical Repairs and Upgrades.

Effective immediately, CHA will no longer accept proposals under this solicitation. Any scheduled proposal due date, opening, pre-proposal meeting, or other procurement activity associated with RFP No. 2027-02 is hereby cancelled.

This withdrawal is being made in accordance with CHA’s Procurement Policy and applicable U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) procurement requirements. CHA reserves the right to revise the scope of work and re-solicit these services through a future procurement, as determined to be in the best interest of CHA.

No contract or award will be made under RFP No. 2027-02. Offerors and other interested parties should not incur additional costs in connection with this solicitation. CHA shall not be responsible for costs incurred in the preparation or submission of proposals.

CHA appreciates the interest of all contractors, vendors, and firms that expressed interest in this procurement.

The Conway Housing Authority (CHA) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced pest control service providers to furnish pest control services for all Conway Housing Authority properties.

Interested and qualified vendors are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the requirements and specifications outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
