CONWAY, AR (March 23, 2020) – In accordance with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Conway Housing Authority (CHA) has closed its offices to the public effective Monday, March 16, 2020, and will remain closed until further notice. CHA staff will continue to provide essential services for residents. All scheduled appointments will be rescheduled for a later date when normal operating hours resume. Case Managers for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program will be available via email or telephone.
CHA staff can be reached via phone at 501.327.0156 and via email @ firstname.lastname@example.org. YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR CASE MANAGER NAME OR PROPERTY MANAGER NAME IN THE SUBJECT LINE. CHA property residents and HCV program participants are encouraged to continue to maintain their financial obligations. However, CHA will be working with families financially impacted by COVID-19 crisis. As always, maintenance will be available to assist with emergencies. Non-emergency maintenance issues will be handled when the situation is deemed safe to do so.

Visits to residents will be limited to essential personnel. Social visits by family and friends are disallowed until further notice. This does NOT include visits by health professionals.
Applications are by appointment only at the Conway Housing Authority. If you reside in Faulkner County, you can visit the office to obtain an application package. If you are elderly, disabled or live outside the county, you may call and have an application package mailed to you.
